In college, Brett worked for drywall contractors and production homebuilders which set the path to a bachelor’s degree in building construction management.  Thereafter, he moved west to work for large commercial builders focusing on luxury mountain work in Lake Tahoe and Vail, Co.

With more than 20 years of experience in the industry, Brett started Sand Point Building with an emphasis on relationships and quality work based on honesty and realistic expectations.  We focus on custom residential and distinctive commercial projects that create or improve spaces to fit the needs of our customers.  We are committed to fostering clear, concise and timely communication to ensure projects are completed with schedules, budgets, and details in mind.

When Brett isn’t hard at work, he and Sara try to keep up with their 2 boys, enjoy live music, and/or think about boating.
